A Local Glass Company, Not a Franchise With a Mesa Phone Number

HomeTime Windows Mesa Glass & Window is locally owned and operated, working residential and commercial jobs across the city with certified, insured technicians.

What We Actually Do

Glass and windows, residential and commercial, across Mesa. That covers replacement windows in single and dual pane, repair work on broken and fogged glass, shower door enclosures, sun and insect screens, custom cut table tops, and storefront and office glazing.

It is a wider range than a lot of glass shops carry, and that is deliberate. Splitting a job across a window company and a separate shower door outfit means two schedules, two estimates and two people to chase when something is not right. One call covering all of it is simpler for you and, frankly, it is how the work naturally comes in anyway.

How We Work

Every job starts with someone measuring on site and giving you a written estimate that separates glass, frame, hardware and labor rather than one number with no explanation behind it. The estimate is free, and it includes the honest read on whether you need a repair or a replacement, including the times when a repair is the better answer and the smaller invoice.

Glass gets cut to the opening we measured. That matters more here than it sounds, because a lot of Mesa housing predates standardized window sizing, and forcing a nearest-stock-size unit into a not-quite-standard opening is how a job that looked fine on day one turns into a callback in year three.

Certified and insured

Technicians who are qualified for the work and carry insurance, which protects your property as much as it protects us.

Free written estimates

Measured in person, itemized on paper, with no cost and no obligation to proceed afterward.

Weekend installation

Office hours run Monday to Friday, but installation can be scheduled at weekends when a weekday will not work.

Why Mesa Is Hard on Glass

Working in one climate for a long time teaches you its specific failure patterns. Here it is thermal cycling: a west-facing pane climbing well above air temperature through the afternoon, then dropping sharply after dark, every day from May through September. Seals fatigue under that. Frames expand and contract. Cracks that would sit still somewhere else keep travelling across the pane.

None of that is exotic, but it does mean the advice that applies in a mild climate does not always apply here, and it shapes what we recommend.

One Thing We Don't Do

Auto glass. Windshields are a different trade with different equipment and different certification, and doing it occasionally is worse than not doing it at all. For that we point people to Dealer Auto Glass, which is where we have sent customers for years.
